Pekkle is a good-natured, kind little guy. He loves to sing and dance but can't swim very well! The fish Pitchi is his swim instructor. When Pitchi claps, he just can't resist dancing! Recently he is practicing tap dance. He treasures his buckets and often carries them around (blue, red, grey, and many different colors of buckets). He dreams of being able to fly!
